ABU’L-QĀSEM KERMĀNĪ, author of a Ketāb fī oṣūl al-aḥkām (“Book concerning the foundations of astrological judgments”). He may be identical with a namesake who was a contemporary of Ebn Sīnā (A.D. 980-1037).
