ĀDĪNEVAND

 

ĀDĪNEVAND, a small Lur tribe of Lorestān which lives the year round in the baḵš of Ṭarhān. In the early 1900s it comprised some 150 families (H. L. Rabino, Les tribus du Louristan, Paris, 1916, p. 28), and in the early 1940s some 300 (ʿA. Razmārā, Joḡrāfīā-ye neẓāmī-e Īrān X, Tehran, 1320 Š./1941, p. 215).
