(1925 – 2012) was a British numismatist and Principal Lecturer at Kingston Polytechnic. He was the leading specialist on Parthian coinage and author of An Introduction to the Coinage of Parthia, a foundational work in Iranian numismatics. He also published on Sasanian coinage and pioneered the application of scientific methods to numismatic research.
