The Encyclopædia Iranica Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation founded by the late Dr. Ehsan Yarshater in 1990, is responsible for the publication of Encyclopædia Iranica. The Foundation has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Columbia University for its assistance in the production of the Encyclopædia. The Foundation is now starting a new chapter in the publication of the Encyclopædia Iranica, and wishes to thank Columbia University and the Ehsan Yarshater Center for Iranian Studies for their contribution in the past.
