ṬUSI, NAṢIR-AL-DIN (1201-1274), celebrated polymath and vizier, whose significant works in literary, theological and scientific disciplines later earned him the title of Moʿallem-al-ṯāleṯ, i.e., the third teacher, following Aristotle and Fārābi.
